1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fuji9 ("fuji9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of all services provided through the fuji9 website located at fuji9.casa and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotional offer, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the fuji9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all supplementary policies incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or access any part of the fuji9 platform. We strongly encourage all prospective players to read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with fuji9, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and fuji9 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for compliance with your local laws.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to an active exclusion arrangement with fuji9 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any person employed by fuji9 or its corporate affiliates.

fuji9 operates a strict one account per person policy. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may result in the suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. fuji9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and a recent proof of address. Players in Malaysia are typically asked to submit a copy of their MyKad together with a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months.

fuji9 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Players should submit documentation promptly to avoid unnecessary delays. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify fuji9 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. fuji9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a failure to safeguard Account credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

fuji9 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of payment methods designed for Malaysian players. Supported channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also accepted subject to applicable conversion and verification procedures.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the Cashier section within your Account. Standard minimum is RM30 for e-wallet methods.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• fuji9 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may impose service charges independent of fuji9.

• Deposit reversals or chargebacks initiated by a Player will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Processing times are approximate. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers processed through FPX may take 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation and may take 15 to 30 minutes.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to any other method accepted by fuji9 subject to standard verification requirements. fuji9 reserves the right to process withdrawals through a different method where the original channel is unavailable.

Conditions applicable to all withdrawal requests include:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification satisfactorily before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus balance must have its applicable wagering requirements satisfied before Real Money winnings derived from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are indicated in the Cashier section and may differ by payment method.
• fuji9 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals must be made to accounts in the Player's own verified name. Payments to third parties are not permitted.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fuji9 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback arrangements, free bet credits, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which take precedence over these general Terms where they differ.

General bonus conditions that apply across all fuji9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before conversion to withdrawable Real Money. Wagering requirements are clearly displayed for each individual offer.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards the completion of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer products may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to individual promotion terms for specific contributions.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonuses and associated winnings not wagered within the validity window will be forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum odds: Sports betting bonuses may require bets to be placed at minimum qualifying odds. Bets placed below minimum odds do not count towards wagering progress.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Claiming a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse prevention: fuji9 reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus, and to suspend an Account, where evidence of bonus abuse, hedging, low-risk wagering patterns, or systematic exploitation is identified.
• Single account per promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

fuji9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Continued participation in a promotion after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets available on fuji9 are operated in accordance with rules specific to each product. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before participating. Rules are accessible within each game or market interface.

• Once a bet or game wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. fuji9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or sporting event that prevents a fair determination of the outcome, fuji9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Published return-to-player (RTP) figures for casino games are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• For live sports betting, odds and markets may be suspended or restricted at any time prior to settlement. fuji9 is not liable for markets suspended during an event where system access was temporarily unavailable.
• fuji9 does not accept liability for any loss resulting from decisions made by a Player based on an incorrect reading of displayed odds, game information, or balance figures.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the fuji9 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in such conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances forfeited pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using alternative details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or progressive jackpot products.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Bonus exploitation: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk wagering strategies, matched betting arrangements, or coordinated multi-Account abuse.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing offsetting bets across fuji9 or between fuji9 and other platforms with the intent to lock in guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Fraud & chargebacks: Using stolen payment credentials, initiating unjustified chargebacks, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with the Platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify errors are required to report them to support immediately.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of an underage individual.

10 Responsible Gambling

fuji9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all products and services. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable adult entertainment activity and must never be treated as a method of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

fuji9 provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling behaviour, including but not limited to:

• Deposit limits: Players may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to their Account at any time through Account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may configure session duration reminders or enforced log-out triggers within their Account preferences.
• Reality checks: The Platform displays session duration notifications at intervals chosen by the Player to encourage awareness of time and money spent.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or longer exclusion period to their Account. Requests to reinstate an Account after self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory review and cooling-off period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fuji9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from a technical failure, system outage, or interruption to the Platform beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that was subsequently found to contain an error;
• Loss of Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses attributable to delays in payment processing by third-party financial service providers;
• Losses resulting from suspension or closure of your Account for breach of these Terms.

fuji9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their Account and use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the fuji9 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual elements, is the property of fuji9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from fuji9.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

fuji9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Player or their financial institution;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring restriction of the Account;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to a dormancy notice being issued to the registered email address.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where the breach involved fraudulent conduct. Where closure is initiated by the Player in good standing, any verified Real Money balance will be returned following standard KYC procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

fuji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fuji9 is registered and licensed to operate as an international gaming platform. Any dispute arising from or connected with your use of the Platform shall first be referred to fuji9's customer support team for informal resolution.

Should informal resolution fail, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that the regulatory framework governing access to online gaming platforms varies by jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for compliance with Malaysian law applicable to their use of the fuji9 platform.
